New Quilt Project, Ragged Hearts

I went to a quilting group last week and a lady demonstrated this block and gave everyone the instructions. I was too late for Valentine's Day but this week I've worked on it, between coats of drywall mud.

I changed over to feedburner today. If you have any problem with links or your reader, please let me know.

Very nice. Are you going to use the blocks for a wall hanging or quilt?

The hearts are great! What's your plan with them?

love your stacked hearts~! i'm wondering how you will be finishing them up . . .
it must be a nice reprieve to be able to stitch a bit between coats of drywall. sounds like things with the house are getting to the finishing stage. exciting~!

Very pretty hearts. They remind me of Valentine's Day candies.

I hope so. I also hope I actually finish this one. lol

I'm going to make a table runner I think. I'll piece a few blocks together and see how it looks.

I'm going to try for a table runner. The house, oh boy. There are parts that are in the finishing stages, but other rooms where we just stopped working for awhile.

You know, you're right. I was thinking they were too sweet and pink for my décor, and now I know why. But for Valentine's, I think they'll be fun.
