Word of the Day: Cataracts
The good news is that I have a few years before I have to have surgery. The bad news is that I need more light to be able to see clearly. There goes my night driving.

I'm glad to read that you don't need to worry about surgery for the moment. Jx
ReplyDeleteMy husband just found out he has the beginnings of a cataract. He has about 3 or 4 years before surgery is required.
ReplyDeleteI had the surgery early and never had the vision loss that occurrs when it grows. Huge benefit is that they put in lenses and you no longer need glasses!!!
ReplyDeleteSurgery is not bad at all, not really surgery actually anymore. No pain. A day to recover and you have 20/15 vision -after!
At least you know what you've got and can decide when it works best to get that surgery done.
